Recruitment rules for the Indian administrative service etc. examination 1957 so far as they relate to TTCD and IRAS. Provision made that higher age limit will be relaxed up to 3 years in the case of departmental candidates in the T.T.C.D. who are permanently employed and have been continuously in temporary service for at least 3 years
