Grant of advance increments to clerks grade II/typists aften accts. deptt on passing the appendix II-A examination clerks grade/typists scale Rs 110-180 on passing the appendix IIA examn. should be granted three advance increments in scale Rs 110-180 from 1.4.68 and thereafter from the date following the last date of the examn. on promotion as clerks grade I their pay will be fixed with ref. to pay they would have drawn in scale Rs. 110-180 but for the grant of three advance increments DLW in successful candidates from the supplementary examn. held on 6th and 7th may 68 are benefited to three advance increments from 1-4-68. there is no difficulty in so far as the employees drawing Rs 171/- and above are concerned, as they get fixed up at Rs 180/- even with three advance increment amounting to Rs 130/- subject to the maximum of the scale. steno-typist key punch operators and machine operators in scale Rs. 110-180 in acs. deptt. on passing the appx. IIA exam are eligible for 3 advance increments
