In the case of some of the Cooperative Credit Societies (Banks) when holding of meeting more than once a month become necessary in terms of bye-laws present ceiling limit be increased from 15 to 20 days. It has also been decided that, in the case of Cooperative Credit Societies/Banks, special casual leave may be allowed as per actual requirements upto a maximum of 30 days in a calendar year. This increased limit would be applicable for attending meeting of the Managing Committee and the Board of Directors, but not for meetings of the Sub-Committees
