Decided that Railway employee who are managing Committee member and office bearers of Railwaymen's credit/Consumer/Housing Cooperative Societies and are posted outside the Headquarter of the Societies when attending the meeting of the Managing Committee, including those of Board of Directors and sub-committees of the Cooperative societies be allowed special casual leave upto 15 days in a calendar year plus the minimum period required for the Journeys to attend such meeting. Also decided that these orders will apply for absence in connection with the following: a)to attend court in connection with cooperative matters: b)to connect and settle matter with registration or other state officials the instance of the Railway Admn. c)to attend any special meeting which may be convenced by the Railway admn. and d)to contact civil authorities for lifting of the weekly quota of fail price shops etc
