Decided by the Board that on the analogy of the instruction is contained in the then Ministry of Home Affairs letter No. 1/118/65-GF dated 31-3-67 (Copy sent vide Board's letter No. E(G)67TR4-7 dated 7-8-1967 for non-pensionable employees of the Goa Sector the liability for SC to PF should also be borne by the Railways, i.e. in the case of those retired/retiring from Railway on or after 1-5-1963
