(Fireman Gr.C) at ending the ensine of the Ballast Train, after they are stubled should be paid mileage allowance at the rate of 12 1/2 miles per hr. of the day subject to a minimum of 50 units a day in term of Rule V(b) of the Revised Running allowance Rules
