It was decided that Aguwallas (Fireman Gr. C) should receive mileage allowance at the rate of 12 1/2 miles per hour of the day upon the termination of the Ballast Train, subject to a minimum of 50 units per day in accordance with Rule V(b) of the Revised Running Allowance Rules
