Dr.S.K.Jhanjee, Ty. D.M.O., Central Railway Retirement benefits to-On his re-employment on the Railways Board's decision:- (1) Ex-Defence Service Officers are entitled to the Govt. Contribution on SRPF in respect of Contribution made on or after 1.4.59 provided period of re-employment extends to more than one year from 1.4.59. (2)In the event of their confirmation on the Railways, the Govt. contribution with interest already credited to their account will be written back and credited to Rly. revenues and they will come under the Pension Rules
