The President also decided that Board's order communicated under letter No. E(GR)55RC2/31 dated 10-8-57 should be set aside in view of clean decision concerning Shri Mehta's seniority contained in Board's letter No. E48RC2-6 dated 28-11-49 and 17.3.51. Shri Mehta informed accordingly
