S. Railway-Retention of Railway quarters by officers on transfer to other places-Decision made-In the event that a temporary transfer is converted into a permanent one, a railway employee may be permitted to stay in his accommodation at his previous duty station for an additional two months at normal rent. This period begins on the date he receives notification of his permanent transfer and will extend beyond the four months previously granted to the officer on temporary transfer, subject to the requirement that the total period of retention of railway accommodation do not exceed six months overall (Boards order)
