(i) Employees paid by contigencies shall be regarded as temporary labour, with the exception of those who are retained without a term limit. (ii) Regardless of the projects duration, labourers should be considered casual workers, including those who are transferred from other temporary or permanent positions. (iii) Seasonal workers who are authorised for specific tasks lasting less than six months should be classified as casual workers; however, if they are kept in gangs and are transferred from one task of the same nature, like relaying, to another, and their total continuous work period at any given time exceeds six months, they should be classified as temporary workers after the first six months of the continuous period have passed
