1. In the public interest, a request for LPR was made to Shri J. Dayal F.C. on November 14, 1957, with the intention of using the leave for six months following his retirement age being denied. 2. Extension services were given by Shri Dayal from 14-6-58 to 13-6-59 and from 14-6-59 to 13-6-60. 3. He gave up control of his responsibilities as of 1.6.60 when he started working for the Oil and Natural Gas Commission, and Shri S. Jaganathan, ICS OSD (Finance), assumed the position of F.C. on that same date. 4. The Ministry of Finance (Defence) terminated the agreement to extend the service duration from 1-6-60 to 13-6-60. 5. After his employment with the Oil and Natural Gas Commission expired, Shri Dayal chose to take the rejected leave
