Clarification of the expresaion 'Work-charged Estt. for the purpose of counting service for pensionary bene- fits-- Item 45- of Annexure to Board's letter No. F (P) 58-PN1/18 dated 23.5.58 and explanation (ii) of para 406 of the Manual of Railway pension Rules 1950. Where the proforma position on the regular establishment of the open line cannot be determined from available records the casule labourers and other staff specifically recruited for the work or the project whose services were terminated for were intended to be terminated on completeon of the work or project should be deemed to be work-charged
