Report of the Ad-hoc Directors Committee, which the Board designated to look into staff complaints over the payment of the officiating allowance Railway administrations have been issued orders stating that there should never be a delay in the payment of overtime pay. In even the most complex cases, the appointing authority should, to the greatest extent feasible, indicate alongside the appointment orders that overtime pay is subject to adjustment and should be granted provisionally until the staff in question is fixed
