Conclusions of the Report of Chief Adviser Factories, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Special Enquiry about Safety in the Public Sector Undertakings- The Labour Ministry was notified that all Railways had received the requisite directives. They were advised to carefully read the Report, look into the reasons behind accidents that occur in railroad factories and workshops, and take appropriate action to guarantee that these incidents are minimised. In addition, the Railways were advised to keep all accident records in railway workshops and industries in compliance with the legal requirements. The Labour Ministry received a copy of the directives sent to the Railways
