Ministry of labour and employment- Acceptance of the proposed further amedments to the workmen's Compensattion Act, 1923 so that- (i) the rates of compensation payable in lump sum should be Doubled : (ii) the wages of applicability of the Act should be raised from Rs.400/- to Rs. 500/- the proposals included in the draft summary for cabinet were concurred in by the ministry of Railway
