Eastern Railway Compensation under Workmen's Compensation Act to the widow of late Shri Kailash Chand, Ex-I.O.W. Barkakana- The Law Ministry advised the Board that even through the liability to pay compensation was not very clear in this case, the benefit of doubt should be given to the dependents of the deceased employee.
