With holding of the amounts of unpaid wages from the Bills and Security Deposits of Railway Contractors by Railway Administration for disbursement of workers:-Instructions issued by Chief Labour Commissioner to his officers that whenever a request is made by any Central Industrial relations machinery officer to any Railway Administration to withhold any amount from the bills of any contractor it should be accompanied as far as possible by detailed particulars of the workers concerned and the exact amount of wages due to them from the contractor in the prescribed proforma.
