(1) Termination of services under Rule 5 of the C.C.S(T.S.) Rules, 1949. Decision that: (i) the appointing authority for signing the notice under Rule 5, where such authority is different under C.C.S.(T.S.) Rules and C.C.S. (C.C. and A.) Rules (ii) termination can be done by the authority for the time being competent to make his appointment even though such authority may be lower than the authority which actually appointed him. (2) Rule empowering the President to exercise the powers of the Appointing Authority
