Southern Railway -Scales of pay applicable to pre-31 employees in class III, and class IV who have not elected the prescribed scales on the integrated railway and who are transferred from one unit to another. Decision that protection should be given upto the extent of posts that existed on the date of integration in the respective units. Decision that employees of all units (viz. ex. M & S.M., ex. S.I. etc.) should be placed in a compartmental queue in order of seniority and the senior most men of each integrated unit should be promoted upto the number of posts that existed on the date of integration
