Question as to whether the pay of refugees Govt. servants, who have obtained employment in India without coming throught the transfer Bureau, should be fixed in accordance with the instructions contained in the Home Ministry`s O. M. No. 70/14/47-Ests (R), dated the 9th Dec. 1947 in C. C. S. office Ajmer- Merwara.
