Decision about the supply to the imperial council of agricultural research of copies of all printed a-proceedings of the education health and lands department in which the council has been consulted under rule 7 and has accorded its opinion an officially as well as copies of all printed proceedings relating to the recommendations of the Advisory Board of Agriculture.
