Letter form Mr.Henry Botham enclosing a letter and a certificate form the Government of Fort Marlbro respecting the masts and spars indented for and intimating that his agents Messrs John Fergusson and Claud Alexander will recieve on his account such payment for the masts etc., as the Board may deem proper.
