Letter from the Board of Trade giving it as their opinion that the publication forbidding the Company`s servants or others to trade in any goods which constitue the Company`s investment should be issued in the terms of the general letter, giving reasons to support this opinion, and requesting to know what amount of cash will be advanced to them for the investment of 1776.
