Forwards opens of correspondence with Lt. tall travers Commandant Bhopal Contingent showing further instances of the Misbehavior of the Sehore Contingent on the 1st July last and for the bravery of Coll. Travers recommends that that officers name be brought before Her Majesty with a view to his obtaining the Victoria corp as a reward for his gallavatry.
