1. Decision that the holidays to be observed in Delhi by the office of the Govt. of India should be qpproved by the Govt. of India as close holidays. 2. Decision that office hours on saturdays should be from 10 A. M. to 4.30 P. M. 3. Decision that the concession of a maximum of 15 days leave instead of 10 days should be allowed to the staff remaining in Delhi during the hot weather of 1942. 4. Increase in the limit of casual leave from 15 days to 20 days in the case of the staff in Delhi. 5. Decision that casual leave to Central Govt. Genl. Officers should be restricted to 20 days during a year.
