With advertence to his letter no 524, of the 13th april last, transmits, for information and necessary order Copy Correpondence with the adjit General of the army, in intimating that the Governor General does not Consider the explanation of the Brigader Commanding at umballa, regards the appointments of Lt. Burnce 2nd Native Infantry to the temporary charge of the umballah sudder Bazar to be saees temporary conveying His lordship sentiments, on the subject and addg that Her lordship disapproves of the Brigader letter to suborde officer wherein he took occasion to talk of his right Brigader to make appointments and of the Conduct of Brigader months in this transaction.
