In reply to a despatch of the 22nd may last setting forth the honble courts opinion on the rules in force inb this presy. for the breaking up of small arm ammunition call attention to govt. despatch of 16th augt. 1850 solicit that the C. in chief may be moved to issue a Genl. order in modification of the one of 27th sept. 1824.
