With reference to a ltr. of the 3rd inst. states taht the 2 packets of this office for which the enclosed receitp was granted were duly forwarded on the 22nd Oct. last, and by the receitp of the Bombay Genl. post office on the back of the return chellaun appear to hav duly reched that ofice on the 1 ultimo.
