With reference to a letter of the 12th Sept. last, transmits, for futher consideration, copy despatch from the Secretary Medical Bopard relative to the claim for the services of the Medical Officer in charge of a Detachment of Convalescents at Mount Aboo. Solicits particular attention to his former despatch of the 11st July last, in which was explained that Aboo is not a recognized station of the Bombay Presidency, & that Govt. have Cutherto declined to constitute a Medical appointment there for the benefit of the families resorting to the Mountain as a Sanatarium.
