In reply to his letter no. 44 of the 7th dev. last regarding the remodelling some of the division of the bengal army.Stating that it is quite unnecessary to retain th Benaras dinapore division sparate as at present that thery should be formed into an division the head Quarters of which should new within at Benaras on at dinaproe that best that this new division name of the place at the head quarter are fixed that if a Brigade is required for the other chief station .
