With refrence to a mily department depatch, no 364 of 15th oct'r 1851. submits, copy of letter from the Executive officer 8th Division D. of P. Works bringing to notice the repeated neglect of duty and want of General efficiency on the Part of sea Persand, Native Agent at Bijnior, state that, under the circumstances represented the Baord, have atuhorized the removal of the Native Agent, and the entertainement of a Competent person in his stead and trust that this arrangement will meet with the approval of govt.
