With refrence to amily Despatch no 364. of 15th oct.r 1851. submits, for information Copy of one from the Joint depy Commissary General containing the reasons of the Supt, Mule, train for having discharged his late head Assistant W. I Caldeiro, and under the Circumstances stated by the Supt, and major ramsay, add that the Board have approved of Mr. Caldeiros, discharge.
