With refrence to mily Department letter no 475 of the 23rd Augt. last, realtive to the Canteen, at Dum Dum being supplied, with Bottled, Beer, as without transmits, copy of one from the Dy Commissary General stating that the canteen has never been supplied with Bottled beer by the Commissariat, having always, made their own arrangements, for its, promission O.P returned.
