Garstin regarding the resumption of th4e dutach barracks at Chinsurah for Mily. purpose which had hwewto fore ben used as a catholic chapel offer observation submits their opnion that it would be better to luield a new chapel for the roman cayholic soldiers than to continue the present arrangment which is always liable to be distruded & cannot but he unsatis factory.
