In Condtinuation of his Despatch no 520 of the 4th july last, transmits copy of One from the General offr Commanding the Punjab Division , forwarding the procedings of a special Court of Inquiry inot circumstance Connected with the late Conspiracy to tamper with the troops at lahore states that the informers Foolseeram and peer bwc , having failed to recognise any of the men with their Corps who are named in qomraor sings' letter attahced to the Proceding and their being no evidence of Circumstances implicating any of theme it does not appear to the C. in Chief that any further measures need betaken the desertion, However of 4 sepoys , named within thows suspicion on their Conduct , for which the will be called to account in the went of their appretension.
