Reports, that the Detachements of Recruits, as per margin, embarked, per flats, and steamer on the 18th Instt, for allahabad, but at the request of Captain Dum can, have been detained, at Chesurah, until this day owing, to a complaint from the civil authorities, of Chandergore of a murgalary, in which recruits of the Detachements were concerned, having been committeed, upon the house of a native, in that settlement as, also upon taking comamnd, found, both the medical and commissariat, arrangements, defective.
