With reference to Mily. Dept. LTr. dated 11th Inst. forward one from the widow of the late Lieutt. F.C. Vihart 5th lt. cavy. solicitn under circumstance of forth that a list of claims against her husband estate may be furnished her in order that she may adjsut them before he departure of England.
