In reply to Mily.Dept. Extt.No.171 of the 7th instt. intimates that on the recommendation of the Madras Govt. the Supe. Govt. Sanction as a special case, an increase of Rs.35 per Mensem, as marginally noted within, to the salaries of the 2nd clerks of the office establishments.
