In rpeply to his letter no. 218 of the 10th instant.with referecned to a letter of the 4 dec. 1848 submits a bils amounting to cos Rs 3488-11-5 drawn by the army clothing agent 1st division for 1364 yards and 8 isnchs of condimend oxford miscture board cloth sold by public auction in ther depot. of the 1st division of the army clothing agency up to 31th dec. 1847.
