In continuation of their letter no 8319 of the 23rd dec'r last, submits, copy letter from the Supg Engineer N.W.P observe that as tuees attack lighting they prove a material protection to the Buildings, at the Hill stations, it maked it there fore, unecessary to makes it therefore, go the expense of lighting condition state that the Board do not can as to the advisability of dispensing with light ing condouctor which can be put at a trifling expense of ans should bnot be omitted to any Buildings, and have there fore again directed the early submission of the Estimate, called for in December last.
