Majesty's 22nd Regiment with the Proceedings of a Regiment Board held on Certain Great Coats stated to have been destroyed by Continued wet Weather at Bombay, without Foult on the part of the Men, & States that the Commander in Chief hopes that Govt. will direct new Coats to be supplied, and accede to the request of the Commanding Officer that a portion of the Condemned may be allowed to be cut up for repairing those stated to be repairable.
