Sanctioning as a special case, the Supply of ten new great Coats to replace an equal number issued in the years 1847 & 1848 and Condemned as unfit for use in H. Majesty's 22nd Regiment; and Authorizing the retention with the Corps such a number of the Unserviceable ones as may be sequire to repair Seven Coats which have been reported Repairable.
