Transmits, copy letter from the marine Baord, and states, that the terms of charter party referred to have been forwarded, to Bombay with a request that they may be changed for those, intended, for madras solicits, attentions to the point noticed, by the marine Board observes that sprits have been discontinned as parts of the rations of Troops on the vagage from England, to India Beea having been substituted and the some arrangement has latterly been adopt at madras with the Concurrence, of the Court for Troops returning to Europe, that porter has also been regulary supplied, to the Troops at the madras presidency.
