From Major R. Wyllie, Officiaing Secretary to the Govt. of India, to Capain W.A. G. Mayhew, Officiaing Assistant Adjt. General of the Army Dated the 8th March 1850. Directed to tranmit to him a Box of Books (Military Library) landed from the Ship Tudor and to request that he will adopt the ussual measures for its disposal under the Orders of his Excellency the Commander in Chief.
