Intimates the despatch of 2 copies of the index to the compilation of standing orders of the D. of p.Works for the use of the mily dept. and states that there are a few copies of the code and forms not yet distrubutedand if a couple or three more are required they shall be forwarded on recipt. of intimation to that effect.
