In reply to mily dept. lr. no. 942 of 31st ult. intimates that the last 6 copies of the compilation of standing orders of the D. of P. Works with forms were forwarded to the mily board on their requesting but he has requested the board to transfer 3 copies of the code with forms and Index for use in the mily Dept.
