Ltr. no. 694 of the 23rd isnt. observes that he received with mily. detp. ltr. no. 42 of the 3rd inst. a copy only of the engeagemtn of Mesr. Watson & Co. on behalf of Lt. Miller of Arty the original of which is no which no doubt order in the mily. dept.
