With reference to G. OG. G. 2nd April and 18th Octr. 1849 transmits rolls as per annexed list of commissed warrant and non comissioned officers and rank and file of the H.cost service attached to the Bombay presy. who are deemed entilled to the Honorary Distirctions granted for service.
