With advertence to his ltr. no. 187 of the 27th Dec. last, transmits for informaton copy correpondence wiht the secy. at Bombay, intimating that the Govr. genl. having considered the question regarding the Sainde Camel baggage corps has recommended to the honarable court to issue instrucitons in conformiyt with the opinion which have already ben expresee by that Govt.
